Shipping & Returns
Made to order
Every VØRIX piece is made to order. When you place an order, your piece is printed and finished by our production partner, then shipped straight to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so there's a short wait. Here's what to expect.
Shipping
- Australia: usually 9–14 days after your order ships.
- New Zealand, the US, the UK, Canada, Europe and Asia: usually 10–15 days after your order ships.
- Production usually takes 1–3 days before your order ships, and can take a little longer in busy weeks like launch week. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order weight, and you'll see it before you pay. As a guide, one hoodie to most Australian addresses is about A$12 and one tee is about A$8.
We ship to Australia and more than 70 other countries. If your country isn't available, checkout won't offer shipping to it. Orders outside Australia may be charged local import taxes or duties on arrival. These aren't included in our prices.
Please enter a complete delivery address, email address and phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags within 30 days of delivery.
- Email vorixclothing.au@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage and the original shipping isn't refunded.
Want a different size? Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. Because every piece is made to order, that's the fastest way to get it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
Email us your order number and a clear photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it goes into production.
