When does Series 001 drop?
Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 8 PM AEDT, which we call Zero Hour. Join the drop list and sign in to your account on the night, and you can shop 15 minutes early, from 7:45 PM. Until then you can browse every piece, save the ones you like and set your size, and we’ll email you when it opens if you sign up for alerts.
Is VØRIX a clean, minimal clothing brand?
Yes. VØRIX is an Australian label making clean, minimal heavyweight streetwear: washed cotton tees, barrel-leg sweatpants and sun-faded shorts with small branding (one VØRIX wordmark and a four-point star), plus statement hoodies with chrome graphics. Everything is designed in Australia and made to order, so nothing is overproduced.
What does made to order mean?
Every piece is made after you order it, just for you, then shipped. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so nothing sells out: every size and colour shown is available. It also means there’s a short wait.
How long will my order take?
From ordering to your door in Australia, it usually takes:
- Clothing: 10–17 days
- Phone cases: 3–6 days
- Stickers: 4–9 days
- Caps and totes: 17–18 days
- Posters: 18–19 days
- Beanies: 23–25 days
Outside Australia, clothing usually takes 11–18 days and hats and accessories 2–5 weeks. Each product page shows the dates for that piece.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
In Australia, order by Saturday 5 December and everything except beanies should arrive in time. If your order is only clothing, you have until Monday 7 December. Beanies take about 3½ weeks, so even ordered at Zero Hour they may land just after Christmas. Each product page shows whether that piece makes it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and the order’s weight, and you see it before you pay. As a guide, one hoodie to most Australian addresses is about A$12 and one tee about A$8.
Clothing and the hats and accessories are made by different production partners, so an order with both arrives in separate parcels and checkout adds the shipping for each.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, to Australia and more than 70 other countries. If your country isn’t offered at checkout, we can’t ship there yet. Orders outside Australia may be charged local import taxes or duties on arrival.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link as soon as each part of your order ships. If you’re signed in, the Orders page shows every order, from being made to on its way.
What size should I get?
Everything is cut oversized. Take your usual size for the relaxed fit, one down for closer or one up for baggier. Use Find my size on any clothing page, or see the size guide. Beanies and caps are one size.
Can I return it?
Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can’t take change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for the wrong size. Check the size guide or use Find my size before you order, or email us and we’ll help you pick. If something arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or refund. See shipping and returns.
Are there any discounts?
Buy any 2 Series 001 clothing pieces and 10% comes off automatically in your bag. Sign up for drop alerts and you’ll also get a 10% code that works on your whole order for the first 24 hours after Zero Hour. The code and the 2-piece offer don’t combine.
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. Signing in is optional and quick: use your email and we send a one-time code, so there’s no password to remember. Your account keeps your orders and tracking in one place, and drop-list members who sign in on the night can shop 15 minutes early.
How can I pay?
Checkout is through Shopify’s secure checkout. The payment options for your country are shown there before you pay.
Is VØRIX connected to other brands called Vorix?
No. VØRIX Clothing is an independent Australian label and vorixclothing.com is its only store. The official accounts are @vorixclothing.au on Instagram, TikTok and Threads, @Vorixclothing on YouTube and vorixclothing on Pinterest. Other businesses and accounts using the name Vorix aren’t connected to us.
